You can delete your Idle Cosmic Chaos account and the data linked to it in either of two ways. You do not need the app installed to use the second one.
Option A: in the game
Open Idle Cosmic Chaos, go to Settings › Delete account, and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option B: by email, no app needed
Send an email to support@marooned-interactive.com. The button below opens your mail app with the request pre-filled.
If the button does not work, write to the address above with the subject Idle Cosmic Chaos – Account deletion request and include:
- your Player ID (shown in the game under Settings › Account), or
- your Google Play Games gamer name (or Game Center name) and the approximate date you last played.
We may reply to confirm that you own the account before we delete it. Please answer from the same email address.
Timeline
We complete deletion within 30 days of your request and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and player ID
- The link between your account and your Google Play Games or Game Center profile
- Your cloud save and all progress, including currencies, upgrades and items
- Analytics events tied to your player ID, which are deleted or irreversibly anonymised
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and transaction records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, at most 7 years. They are no longer linked to a playable account.
- Server logs: until they expire on their normal schedule.
- Data held by advertising partners (for example your Advertising ID and ad interactions) is controlled by those partners, not by us. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings; see the Advertising section of our Privacy Policy.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your progress afterwards.
- Purchases are not restored to a new account.
- Uninstalling the game does not delete your account. Use one of the two options above.
